By registering for or attending a Connectivity Innovation Network (CIN) event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Privacy

Personal information collected during registration is used to administer the event and communicate important event information.

Your information will be handled in accordance with the Connectivity Innovation Network Privacy Policy.

Photography and recording

Photographs, video and audio recordings may be taken during the event.

By attending, you acknowledge that you may be photographed or recorded and consent to the Connectivity Innovation Network using this material for promotional, educational, reporting and archival purposes across print, digital and social media.

If you do not wish to appear in photographs or recordings, please advise a member of the event team upon arrival. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your request, this may not always be possible during general audience photography or recordings.

Event changes

The Connectivity Innovation Network reserves the right to amend the event program, speakers, venue or schedule where necessary.

If an event is postponed, cancelled or delivered in an alternative format, registered attendees will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable.

Code of conduct

The Connectivity Innovation Network is committed to providing a respectful, inclusive and professional environment for all attendees.

Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards other participants, speakers, staff and venue personnel.

The Connectivity Innovation Network reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is considered disruptive, abusive, discriminatory or inappropriate.

Liability

While reasonable care is taken in organising CIN events, attendees participate at their own risk. To the extent permitted by law, the Connectivity Innovation Network is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from attendance at an event.
